Happy Kitchen in Andalusia

I can't stop going here! The owners are so nice and the service is great. I could eat here every day! I had the hibachi chicken and everything was great. I also had some of the tai food they serve and it was unbelievable. Loved it!

Our family of 5 each had hibachi chicken, it was excellent! Great food, great service, and clean! Stopped here on the way home from Destin. My husband says it was the best meal of our entire vacation!

Excellent lunch buffet.

Despite its shopping mall location, I was pleasantly surprised upon entering. Great wide open restaurant and excellent service. The food was delicious!

Solid service. No buffet. Good selection that includes Thai, Vietnamese, and Japanese dishes.

The food is good the price is $2 more in their competition closer to my work

Quality of food very average. Hamburger was not thoroughly cooked. Stuffed baked potato was cooked but did not melt finely grated cheese. Who knows how long it sat back on the shelf after it was cooked. Days?Very limited menu. When I informed the waitress, her reply was other people like it. I asked for the manager and was told they didn't have one that evening.I won't go back

Food was very good and portions were large. Beer was not cold, though. Felt a little awkward that the waitress's helper stood there and stared at me the whole time I was eating. Then I noticed her picking her nose and I had to look away. When I did look back she was balling something up in her fingers. Had to laugh to keep from getting sick. She didn't handle the food, just came to take the empty plates. Gave 4 stars anyway because the food was so good and we were given alot of attention. They were obviously trying very hard to please.

Great food, great price! The people that work here are as nice as they can be. It's hard to find good Asian food in Alabama but this is some of the best I've had.

Paid $50 to eat off paper plates. The Buffett barely had any choices of Chinese dishes. No Mongolian beef no pepper steak and onions. Very disappointed ☹️

Overpriced , overpriced , overpriced ... They only have the advertised buffet at a certain time of day and when you miss out on the buffet be prepared to pay an arm and a leg for the meals ... Food there isn't very good compared to other restaurants if this type in town .. Highly recommend anyone looking for decent Asian food to try out King Buffet ....

The food was good but the waitress/serverwas so unfriendly made you want to get the hell out asap!!! Smile, tell your name, be friendly, ask if everything is ok, do we need anything....not asking for much more than you do your job and be nice. Doing simple things your job requires will get you a tip next time!!!!

I keep going, hoping that it will get better. Food was lukewarm and not flavorful. Service was awful. I was halfway though the meal before they ever brought my drink. I assume he was new, but the waiter was bringing wrong food to tables, and was running his hands through his hair obsessively and repeatedly before touching drinks, ice, food, silverware, napkins, etc. Just gross.

The food was horrible. Honestly I hated it. The problem was the service. The two employees who were serving us were just rude. When we asked for something she would just say no and leave. And they got our orders wrong and blamed us. Also on the way home we all got sick. And to be honest I never will eat there again.

The cuisine is very good and the portions are very generous.

I really like them when they were at the old location. Now not so much. The food isn’t as good and I’m not a fan of the Buffet.

This was the 1st time we have been since they moved to the new location. After ordering, they brought our soup with wontons. The soup was barely lukewarm, greasy & the wontons were stale! We asked them to cancel our order. They made us pay for the soup even though we only took 2 sips & it AWFUL! I saw a friend on my way out & she said they should have done the same b/c their appetizers were horrible and their rice was undercooked. Also, it felt like a sauna in there... Very upsetting! We will NOT be back!

The staff have always been friendly to me. The food has been very good; piping hot when you get your food, so you know it's fresh. The restaurant is neat and clean. The wait time can sometimes be a little long to get your order, which is why I only gave it 4 stars. Otherwise, no complaints!

Have never had a bad meal or service. The fried dumplings and crab Rangoon are amazing. And you couldn't ask for a better starter then the vegetable tofu soup. Portions are so nice you can make a meal off of just the appetizers.

Me and Fiance went in.Used to like this place.But sense they moved.Went in ordered but as soon as eggs drop soup came out we both had a spoonful it was pure grease cancelled order.Was still Made to pay 2.40 for soup instead of the managers saying sorry or offering something better.Paid for soup and Left.Also some friends were leaving commented they should have done what we did. DO NOT EAT HERE ITS HOT AS Hell in There And hardly anyone speak s ENGLISH

Blamed me for the wrong order. Gave me 3 sweet and sour chicken when I asked for 2 General Tso Chicken spicy and one no peppers. She kept saying I did it wrong but she will fix it for me....it was frustrating because she was arguing, so I just stood there looking at her until she said...ok we fix it. I understand there is a language barrier but what happened to customer service?

They really need to hire some help. Preferably some English speaking people to help answer the phones. Our takeout order is very difficult to order.. And we were suppose to have or order in 25 minutes and waited 45 minutes for our order.

Good food. Good service. Didn't do the buffet, but ordered Pad Thai was better than expected.

They're open = they earned my business. Hard to find a place to eat this day in age.

It's a great place to visit

It's ok...I gave it 3 stars because it's clean, never overly crowded, and good service. It's just hard to find Chinese food that has not been so americanized. In the late 80's, early 90's when Chinese restaurants started popping up everywhere you could put 3 drops of soy sauce on a pound of rice and it would be enough. Now you can't get in a restaurant what you can't cook at home.
